SWC is led by Ryan J. Collins.  Mr. Collins started his career in the commercial real estate services business in 1997 after earning his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas, as well as a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas.  Mr. Collins has gained valuable experience working for companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, The Staubach Company and Cushman & Wakefield; and he has had the opportunity to represent companies such as FedEx Logistics, Guardian Insurance, Manpower, the United States Postal Service and the BNSF Railway Company.  "Our clients are our #1 priority, and our mission is to create a fun and exciting experience while delivering the highest-level results!"
Ryan’s first passion is his family.  Ryan is married to Emily, who has been a pediatric ICU nurse for the past 15 years at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.  They have a 22-year-old daughter named Kaitlyn, a 7-year-old daughter named Grace and a 5-year-old son named Ross.  Ryan spends his family time with Emily playing at the park with his kids, going to the movies, watching Texas Longhorns football and date nights with Emily.
